UniRec is a recreation center providing a wide range of facilities, training and support to the Hamilton community. Their brand needed to convey movement, youth and energy. In close consultation with Uleisure, we undertook the project of rebranding UniRec to create an identity that was flexible and applicable across a range of mediums. The final logo used a custom typeface to give an energetic and inviting feel, the circular swish creates action and movement. A simple colour scheme offsets these features and gives UniRec a professional identity which can be applied not only to their website, but also merchandise such as T shirts and drink bottles.
