The Claudelands brand and website content had evolved over the past few years and was now outdated.
The team went through a UX phase prior to visual design closely communicating with the client each step of the way. This helped us to determine the user journeys for the new site and who their users are. We discovered two distinct target audiences and a need to separate out into two separate sections.
The team created a new site that was responsive friendly and had much better social engagement. H3 were really happy with the two sides of the website and would make their job easier managing new enquiries.
